Job Description:

As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for leading roofing projects from inception to completion. Your expertise in specifications, investigations, and management will ensure that all projects meet the highest standards.

The ideal candidate will have a strong background in engineering or architectural technology, with a minimum of 4 years' experience in roofing. They must also possess excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.

In this role, you will be working on a wide range of projects, including wind uplift calculations and condition reports. You will also be responsible for coordinating interdepartmental design requirements and scheduling mockups and field testing.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Lead project teams to deliver high-quality roofing solutions
  • Develop and implement effective project management strategies
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless project execution
  • Manage project timelines, budgets, and resources

Requirements:

  • Post-secondary degree/diploma in engineering or architectural technology
  • Minimum 4 years' experience in roofing
  • Excellent communication and leadership skills
  • Ability to read architectural blueprints
  • General construction knowledge
