We are seeking a seasoned professional to join our team as a Consultant, delivering expert services and strategic guidance to clients within a particular field or industry.

About the Role

The Senior Consultant plays a key role across our organisation by managing day-to-day project delivery, leading project teams, and advising clients on best practice to ensure projects are completed on time, within budget, and to a high standard.

In addition to technical expertise, the Senior Consultant helps build and maintain strong client relationships, identifies new business opportunities, and contributes to the successful delivery of projects.

Internally, the Senior Consultant is a key influencer of our culture, values, and reputation. They help set the tone across teams and support colleagues in aligning with our mission and vision.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage client relationships and ensure satisfaction throughout project or program delivery
  • Plan and execute projects, including defining scope, timelines, budgets, resources, and deliverables
  • Coordinate and lead project teams to ensure work is delivered on time and to a high standard
  • Contribute to business development by identifying opportunities and supporting proposal development
  • Maintain quality control by reviewing outputs, providing feedback, and ensuring alignment with standards
Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will require:

  • A bachelor's degree, with professional experience in the education sector
  • Proven experience designing human-centred learning experiences and developing online learning, applying knowledge of learning theories, assessment standards, pedagogical practice, and the integration of educational technologies
  • Strong problem-solving skills, with the ability to think adaptively and innovatively using a design thinking approach
  • Demonstrated initiative and autonomy, with a proactive mindset focused on continuous learning and development
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to build and maintain effective working relationships with staff, students, and external stakeholders across all levels
