Job Title

A Poly Welder is required to work on-site in the Pilbara Region WA, constructing and operating a demonstration-scale plant.

This project involves decarbonising one of the most carbon-intensive processes in the battery materials supply chain by using electric spodumene calciner technology.

About the Role

We are seeking an experienced professional with relevant qualifications, including butt welding of polyethylene plastic pipe works and components certificate, electro fusion welding of polyethylene plastic pipe works and components certificate, Construction White Card, Driver's Licence, and High Risk Work Licence - Elevated Work Platform.

Key Responsibilities
  • Work on-site in the Pilbara Region WA;
  • Construct and operate a demonstration-scale plant;
  • Decarbonise processes using electric spodumene calciner technology.
Requirements
  • Relevant qualifications, including butt welding of polyethylene plastic pipe works and components certificate, electro fusion welding of polyethylene plastic pipe works and components certificate;
  • Construction White Card, Driver's Licence, and High Risk Work Licence - Elevated Work Platform;
  • Previous construction/mining experience;
  • Passion for working in the construction industry.
