Health Information Officer Role

This is a key opportunity to leverage your professional skills and passion for delivering excellent customer service in a rewarding career.

  • Key responsibilities will include medical record retrieval, provision of health information to internal and external clients, filing of paperwork and medical records, day-to-day functionality of the Health Information Service Department, participating in performance improvement activities, and culling of medical records.

Located near Kings Park, Mount Private Hospital is Western Australia's leading private provider of Cardiology and Cardiac Surgery, supported by the largest private Critical Care Unit.

The hospital brings clinical excellence to other specialties such as Orthopaedics, Neurosurgery, Vascular Surgery, and General Surgery.

To succeed in this role, you will need to possess excellent communication and organizational skills, be able to work autonomously and as part of a small team, meet deadlines, have experience with the WebPAS patient information system, and knowledge of Microsoft Office suite.
