The Role

We're seeking a skilled Food and Beverage Attendant to join our team. As a key member of our service team, you'll be responsible for providing exceptional service to our guests, ensuring their needs are met promptly and efficiently.

  • Anticipate and attend to guests' needs and desires immediately.
  • Maintain a clean and safe working environment.
  • Comply with hotel standards when producing and dispensing beverage products.
  • Ensure all areas are stocked in accordance with established par levels.

Requirements

To be successful in this role, you'll need to have:

  • Maintain superior levels of food & beverage service to hotel guests.
  • Complete all assigned opening and closing duties.
  • Give assistance to other departments or outlets when required.
  • Have a full knowledge of and practice of all of the hotel's established occupational health and safety (OH&S) and food safety guidelines.
