Job Title: Senior Brand Ambassador

Job Summary:

The Senior Brand Ambassador role is a key position at Canada Goose, responsible for delivering an exceptional customer experience that embodies the authenticity of our brand. This individual will work closely with the Store management team to execute plans and strategies, ensuring operational efficiency and maintaining the highest standards of quality and authenticity.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Contribute to store's overall target by achieving productivity standards
  • Achieve or exceed personal sales targets that may vary depending on seasonality
  • Contribute to a positive store environment through effective communication, teamwork, and partnership with brand ambassadors and store management team
  • Attend and participate in all store meetings, events, and product knowledge sessions
  • Demonstrate values and behaviors consistent with Canada Goose's culture

Requirements:

  • At least 5 years of retail experience, preferably in a customer-focused environment
  • Proven track record of successful store operations
  • Experience working with affluent and luxury brands is an asset
  • High-volume traffic experience is an asset
  • Ability to stand for long periods of time and flexible to work retail hours (standard, peak, and holiday)
  • Strong organizational skills and a keen attention to detail
  • Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced and team-oriented environment
  • Good understanding of inventory management and point of sale systems
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Self-motivated, able to work independently, and know when to seek guidance
  • Basic skills in Microsoft Office; specifically, Word and Excel are an asset
  • Good command of English
  • Fluent in Mandarin will be an advantage
