Business Analyst

The ideal candidate will have experience in operations roles within banking and financial services.
We are seeking a skilled Business Analyst to join our team, responsible for processing and managing workflow related to Agency and Securitisation transactions.
About the RoleYou will be working closely with senior management to establish new Agency clients in our core system and identify areas for process improvement.
Your key responsibilities will include:
- Processing and managing Agency transactions accurately and efficiently.
- Establishing new Agency clients in our core system and completing loan prework within agreed timeframes.
- Identifying and implementing process improvements to eliminate risk and foster a collaborative work environment.
- Reporting and escalating operational risk events.
- Preparing and clearing suspense accounts and remittance applications.
To succeed in this role, you will require:
- 1-2 years' experience in Operations roles within banking and financial services.
- Experience with our core system is desirable but not essential.
- Excellent time management and attention to detail.
- Degree or Diploma in a relevant discipline.
