Job Title: Civil Leading Hand

The Role:

We are seeking a seasoned and skilled Civil Infrastructure Professional to join our team in Brisbane. As a key member of the site team, you will be responsible for ensuring daily production targets are met while maintaining a safe working environment.

  • Experience managing subdivisions, earthworks and roadworks projects
  • Ability to read and interpret engineering drawings
  • Awareness of QA, OH & S issues on site
  • Manage day-to-day site supervision and coordination
  • Operate machinery as required

The Ideal Candidate:

Must have a strong civil infrastructure background, specifically on roads, with a strong work ethic and ambition to continually progress. Previous experience as a Labourer, Operator or Leading Hand is desirable. A Roller Ticket or other plant tickets are also advantageous. Construction White/Blue Card and current Driver's License are essential.

The Opportunity:

This is an excellent opportunity to work on urban and TMR roadwork projects across the south east corner of Queensland, ranging from bulk earthworks to main roads, with a focus on safety and quality.
