Do you have a passion for Scrum and Agile methodologies? We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented individual to join our team as a Junior Scrum Master.

This is an excellent opportunity for career development and growth in a dynamic environment. As a Junior Scrum Master, you will play a key role in driving the adoption of our Agile framework and working closely with cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality software using Agile methodologies.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Facilitate Scrum process and ensure that the team is following Agile methodologies
  • Plan and organize Scrum ceremonies, including sprint planning, daily stand-ups, sprint reviews, and retrospectives
  • Identify and remove obstacles preventing the team from achieving their goals
  • Support the Product Owner in managing the product backlog, ensuring it is properly prioritized and refined

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in a related field, such as Computer Science, Engineering, or Business Administration
  • Familiarity with Scrum and Agile methodologies, preferably with certification in Scrum Master
  • Experience with Agile methodologies, including Scrum and Kanban is a plus
  • Excellent communication, collaboration, and facilitation skills
  • Strong organizational and problem-solving skills
  • Familiarity with tools, such as Confluence, Jira, and SharePoint
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks simultaneously
