**The Opportunity**

We are working with a Victorian Government Agency assisting them to build a new solution to manage the registration and management of street traders and their health certifications and associated compliance and we have an opportunity for an experienced SCRUM Master to join our team.

Working with the development team you will be coordinating scrum ceremonies and deliverables including sprint planning, working with product managers and other stakeholders to prioritise the backlog, running stand-ups, removing impediments to the team and tasks, managing the kanban board using Azure Devops tools, running showcases and retros and ensuring scope is managed appropriately.

This is an initial 3 months contract but is expected to extend to the end of the year, so to qualify you will be able to demonstrate:

- **At least** 3 years experience as a Scrum Master/Iteration Manager
- Proven experience with Scrum Methodology including running sprint planning, daily stand-ups, showcases and retros
- Experience with Azure Devops/TFS is mandatory to manage kanban boards, backlogs and reporting
- Proven ability to work with and manage product manager relationships including backlog and scope management
- Exposure to SAFe and other scaled agile methodology
