We are seeking a seasoned professional to empower our members in achieving their homeownership goals and long-term financial wellness.

About the Role
  • You will drive business growth by sourcing, developing, and nurturing qualified mortgage and referral leads.
  • As a trusted advisor, you will provide expert mortgage advice to new and existing members, helping them achieve their homeownership objectives.
  • You will leverage your network and relationships with real estate agents, builders, financial planners, and community groups.
  • With strong sales instincts and product knowledge, you will meet (and exceed) individual and team targets.
  • You will underwrite with confidence, adhering to compliance and regulatory standards.
  • You will actively engage in local events and social media networking to represent the organization and build brand trust.
  • You will collaborate with internal teams to ensure a seamless member experience.
About You
  • You have a proven track record in mortgage sales, relationship-building, and exceeding sales targets.
  • With 5+ years of strategic sales and networking experience in financial services, real estate, or related fields, you possess a deep understanding of BC's real estate market and current residential mortgage products.
  • You have confidence and autonomy in managing your own schedule and pipeline.
  • You have strong skills in underwriting, financial analysis, and CRM systems.
  • You have familiarity with digital lead generation tools and community engagement platforms.
  • You have a strong sense of purpose and passion for helping others achieve better futures.
