At Davidson Technology Consulting, we're seeking a Head of FS Consulting to lead our fast-growing Financial Services practice. You'll bring strategic vision, delivery excellence, and entrepreneurial drive to create innovative, high-impact solutions that transform businesses.

The Role

As Head of FS Consulting, you will:

  • Lead strategy and innovation, developing new propositions and scaling client impact
  • Own client relationships, engaging C-suite, boards, and executives
  • Drive growth, leading business development and building new opportunities with creativity and commercial acumen
  • Deliver complex consulting programs, overseeing execution and ensuring value-driven results
  • Grow and mentor high-performing teams, embedding a collaborative, future-focused culture
  • Be a thought leader, speaking at forums and contributing to industry insights

About You

You're a seasoned consulting leader with:

  • 12+ years leading consulting practice and financial services delivery
  • Strong track record in pre-sales, solution design and transformation programs
  • Gravitas and curiosity, with a flair for solving complex problems
  • An entrepreneurial mindset and passion for innovation
  • Experience engaging senior stakeholders, from boards to business heads, across business and technology

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree (MBA preferred)
  • Background in Technology, Business, Finance or related field
  • Familiar with Agile, Waterfall, hybrid delivery models
  • PMP, PRINCE2, or SAFe certifications a plus

At Davidson Technology Consulting, we're seeking a Head of FS Consulting to lead our fast-growing Financial Services practice. You'll bring strategic vision, delivery excellence, and entrepreneurial drive to create innovative, high-impact solutions that transform businesses.

The Role

As Head of FS Consulting, you will:

  • Lead strategy and innovation, developing new propositions and scaling client impact
