About the Role
  • You will provide support services to individuals around the clock, including sleepover shifts and record-keeping.

  • Provide personal care with dignity, assisting with daily tasks such as hygiene and meals.

  • Maintain accurate records that support high-quality care.
Requirements
  • Pas sion for supporting people is essential.
  • Inclusive attitude championing diversity and individuality.
  • Empathetic nature, building trust and relationships comes naturally.
  • Flexibility and commitment to work across a 24/7 roster which can include overnight and weekends.
  • Detail-oriented and organized, excelling at record-keeping.
  • Certification in CPR and First Aid, NDIS Worker Screening Check, National Police Check.
  • Driver's License and insured vehicle for community engagement.
