Job Title

As a Warehouse Team Leader, you will be responsible for ensuring efficient warehouse systems for stock allocation, inventory control, and conducting investigations related to inventory discrepancies. You will also lead recruitment, retention, and development of team talents to ensure a high-performing, diverse team.

Maintaining a clean, organized, and safe work environment is crucial, as well as ensuring compliance with IKEA's Code of Conduct and local regulations. You will continuously improve daily operations to enhance customer shopping experience through product quality, merchandising, and stock accuracy.

Promoting quality awareness, implementing local business plans/projects, and analysing workload to achieve operational excellence are key responsibilities.
