We are seeking a skilled and innovative Marketing Content Specialist to lead our content strategy, creation, and distribution efforts at Minor Hotels. This exciting opportunity will enable you to develop high-quality, compelling content that enhances brand awareness, engagement, and lead generation.

About the Role
This key position within our marketing team will be responsible for spearheading our comprehensive content marketing strategy, encompassing annual marketing campaign calendars, social media storytelling, website development, brand initiatives, and property-specific requests. You will produce engaging content across various formats, including imagery, photography, campaign design, social media, video content, and infographics.

Key Responsibilities Include:
  • Develop and implement a strategic content marketing plan aligned with business objectives.
  • Produce high-quality, engaging content tailored to target audiences.
  • Collaborate with the marketing team to ensure content initiatives align with broader marketing campaigns and projects.
  • Manage the content calendar to ensure consistent delivery of content supporting marketing and business objectives.
  • Establish efficient workflows and processes for content creation, review, and approval.
  • Maintain content consistency in style, quality, and tone while optimizing for SEO and user experience.
  • Coordinate on-property shoots to capture relevant content.

Qualifications and Skills
To succeed in this role, you will possess:
  • A minimum of 4 years of experience in content marketing, with a proven track record of creating and distributing successful content.
  • Strong understanding of SEO, social media dynamics, and effective content distribution strategies.
  • Proficiency in using content management systems (CMS) and marketing automation tools.
  • An analytical mindset, enabling data interpretation and informed decision-making.
  • Excellent project management and organisational skills.
  • Outstanding verbal and written communication skills.
  • Highly developed organisational and time management skills.
  • Proficiency in design platforms such as Adobe Creative Suite.
