Job Opportunity

Take on a leadership role and oversee the performance of our Perth store during peak trade periods.

This position requires a retail professional with experience in managing teams, achieving sales targets and maintaining high customer satisfaction levels.

The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills, be able to motivate and develop their team, and possess strong organizational abilities.

Responsibilities include leading store operations, managing inventory, payroll and compliance, as well as executing marketing initiatives and maintaining visual standards.

We are looking for a results-driven individual who can contribute to the success of our store and help us achieve our business objectives.

  • Leadership Experience: 2-4 years of management experience in retail, preferably in apparel or footwear.
  • Sales Performance: A track record of consistently meeting or exceeding sales targets and KPIs.
  • Talent Management: Skilled at motivating, mentoring and developing top-performing teams.
  • Customer Focus: Strong ability to engage with customers and inspire loyalty.
  • Operational Efficiency: Organized and calm under pressure, with a focus on delivering seamless store operations.
