Job Description

We are seeking a results-driven Retail Store Manager to lead our store through the biggest retail moments of the year. You will be responsible for dominating peak trade during Black Friday to Boxing Day with sharp strategies and energy.

This is an exciting opportunity to join our team and take your career to the next level. As a Retail Store Manager, you will have the chance to work closely with your Area Manager to implement strategies and exceed KPIs.

Your primary focus will be on running a seamless store, managing payroll, rostering, inventory, and compliance to keep operations running smoothly.

Responsibilities
  • Lead PUMA Perth Watertown Through the Biggest Retail Moments of the Year: dominate peak trade during Black Friday to Boxing Day with sharp strategies and energy.
  • Build a Winning Team: recruit, train, and develop seasonal casuals into a high-performing crew ready to deliver excellence.
  • Collaborate for Success: work closely with your Area Manager to implement strategies and exceed KPIs.
  • Run a Seamless Store: manage payroll, rostering, inventory, and compliance to keep operations running smoothly.
  • Showcase the PUMA Brand: execute bold marketing initiatives and maintain world-class visual standards.
Requirements
  • Proven Retail Leadership: 2-4 years of management experience, ideally in apparel or footwear.
  • Sales Champion: a track record of smashing sales targets and KPIs while managing costs.
  • People Leader: skilled at motivating, mentoring, and developing top-performing teams.
  • Clear Communicator: confident in engaging both team members and customers to inspire loyalty.
  • Peak Trade Pro: organised and calm under pressure, ready to deliver during the busiest retail periods.
  • Tech Savvy: proficient with MS Office and essential retail systems.
