We are seeking a highly skilled Refrigeration Mechanic/Electrician Dual Trade to join our team at Sodexo. As a key member of our operations team, you will be responsible for performing installation and maintenance of electrical equipment, refrigeration maintenance, and aircon systems.
Key Responsibilities- Interpret electrical code specifications and meet safety codes to ensure compliance.
- Work with vendors to carry out deep cleaning of all aircons and reefers on site.
- Perform site maintenance and electrical inspections/repairs as instructed by the Client and/or FM Supervisor via work order system.
- Troubleshoot and test electrical equipment to identify faults and implement repairs.
- Read and interpret drawings and electrical code specifications to determine layout of industrial electrical equipment installations.
- Perform computations relating to load requirements of wiring or electrical equipment.
- Maintain safety standards of equipment and work area.
- Work with electrical contractors and outside vendors to obtain quotes and proposals for electrical work.
- Recommend supplies and equipment for purchase and maintain the inventory of equipment and supplies.
- Complete and record regular inspections and tagging of electrical equipment when requested.

- Cert 3 In Air Conditioning and Refrigeration UEE32211
- C class Drivers Licence
You will be required to undertake and successfully complete a site-specific medical including drug & alcohol screening, induction, permit to work training, competent electrical person and isolating authority as per site access requirements.
