As a key support member, you will be responsible for managing daily office operations with the utmost professionalism.

Responsibilities include:

  • Managing phone inquiries and coordinating schedules to maintain a seamless workflow
  • Providing critical administrative support to leadership in data entry, payroll assistance, and other ad-hoc tasks
  • Completing invoice entering and accounting activities to drive team efficiency
  • Assisting site staff with new project setups and printing documents
  • Cultivating a welcoming and organized office atmosphere that fosters collaboration
  • Supporting recruitment efforts by coordinating candidate communications and documentation
  • Enhancing workplace culture through creative initiatives like organizing team events

Qualifications and Requirements:

  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite (Outlook, Excel, Word, PowerPoint, etc.)
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Ability to multi-task, organize, and prioritize work effectively
  • Strong people skills to interact with clients and staff
  • A proactive attitude with a 'make it happen' approach
