Requirements
  • Trade qualified chef with a minimum of four (4) years of documented work experience.
  • Proven track record in successfully leading and managing teams within a fast-paced hospitality environment.
  • Previous menu and nutrition planning experience.
  • A good understanding of operating a catering operation within strict constraints.
  • Ability to thrive under pressure while maintaining a positive and professional demeanour.
  • Excellent time management and organisational skills, with a focus on optimising efficiency and productivity.
  • Proficiency in IT systems for maintaining operational excellence.
  • Strong presentation and communication skills in English, adept at conveying directives and fostering teamwork.
  • Availability for flexible schedules, including mornings, evenings, weekends, and public holidays.
