As an Assistant Store Manager, you will be part of our store management team, playing a vital role in the success of your store. Your responsibility will include mentoring your team to achieve their Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) and goals, which will elevate the store's performance.
The role requires using commercial acumen to increase profitability, maximizing opportunities across sales, interior decorator programs, Net Promoter Score (NPS), employee engagement, Average Transaction Value (ATV), and strike rates.
You will inspire your team and customers with your product knowledge and passion for the Freedom brand, creating a positive work environment focused on teamwork and collaboration.
Your daily tasks will include managing the store's day-to-day operations, including rostering, financial performance, onboarding new staff members, providing ad hoc training, and other duties as required.
A competitive salary of $80,000 per annum is offered, along with benefits such as a generous bonus scheme directly correlated to the store's performance, a rotating roster with every other weekend off, full product training, leadership development, and discounts on health cover, travel, and more.
