About the Job

This role involves overseeing and managing complex projects to remediate cyber security issues across a large organisation. The successful candidate will have expertise in contemporary project management frameworks, including PRINCE2, Agile, MSP, ITIL, Waterfall, and PMBOK.

The ideal candidate will have strong project management skills with the ability to work on multiple projects simultaneously. They will be responsible for defining programs, managing dependencies, and identifying potential risks to program integrity.

Key Responsibilities
  • Program Definition: Define the program scope, objectives, and key performance indicators.
  • Dependency Management: Lead the management of dependencies with internal and external program networks.
  • Risk Planning: Manage business and risk planning, including identifying, investigating, analysing, and/or mitigating potential risks to program integrity.
  • Change Management: Steer, implement, and manage effective change management practices that align with intended outputs and strategic objectives.
  • Initiative Coordination: Lead and manage the coordination and implementation of multiple program initiatives.
Requirements
  • Contemporary project management frameworks knowledge and experience.
  • Comprehensive understanding of ICT infrastructure, financial management framework, risk framework, capability lifecycle, and project artefacts.
  • Prior experience in managing a program with Cyber Security outcomes.
