Renewable Energy Leadership Opportunity

We are seeking a highly experienced and safety-driven leader to oversee the operations of our solar infrastructure.

This role involves leading a team of Electrical Technicians, providing guidance, mentoring, and leadership. The ideal candidate will have proven experience in electrical maintenance, power generation, or renewable energy, with a strong understanding of safe work practices.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead a team of Electrical Technicians, providing guidance and mentorship.
  • Oversee and coordinate preventative and corrective maintenance on solar farm infrastructure and equipment.
  • Plan and supervise safe operational procedures, including high voltage switching.
  • Manage contractor and internal team interactions to ensure compliance with safety and quality standards.

Requirements:

  • Proven leadership or supervisory experience within electrical maintenance, power generation, or renewable energy.
  • Strong understanding of safe work practices, with a proactive and safety-first approach.
  • Effective communicator with the ability to motivate, coach, and develop a team.
