Job Title

We are seeking a Risk professional to join our team in the Operations division.

The role involves providing first line risk advisory and controls monitoring services to senior management and their staff.

The successful candidate will have 3-5 years of sound operational risk experience, ideally within the financial services sector.

About the Role:

  • Provide risk advisory and support to senior management and their staff.
  • Establish and maintain relationships with key stakeholders in portfolio and the broader business.
  • Work in consultation with second and third lines of defence (Risk, Compliance, and Internal Audit).
  • Implement learnings from risk management and remediation activities to develop business and people capability in the division.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Demonstrate compliance with policies and procedures to effectively operate within our organisation's risk appetite.
  • Maintain knowledge of policies and procedures relevant to the role by keeping up to date with communications and assigned learning.
  • Ensure all practices comply with regulatory obligations and aligned with our organisation's internal policy and procedure.
  • Develop business and people capability in the division in terms of risk and compliance education and assurance.
