Are you looking for a role that allows you to relish new challenges and experiences?
To be successful in this position, you will need to possess the following key qualities:- Certificate III or IV in Disability, Community Services or related fields (an advantage but not mandatory) or relevant experience
- A valid Driver's License and a registered, insured vehicle
- A satisfactory Police Records Check (less than 12 months old) and Working with Children Check
- Manual handling training desirable
- The right to work in Australia
- Flexibility to work variable hours on a fortnightly roster
- Availability to use your personal smartphone (iPhone or Android)
- A current First Aid certificate or willingness to obtain one
- NDIS Workers Screening Check and NDIS Worker Orientation Module Certificate
- Provide person-centred support to clients in the community
- Collaborate with colleagues and follow instructions from supervisors
- Respond to client needs with empathy and understanding
- Maintain the safety and wellbeing of participants and comply with relevant policies
