About the Role:
We are seeking an experienced Regional Explorer to showcase the beautiful North Queensland region to our guests.
The ideal candidate will have knowledge of the Cairns, Kuranda, and Port Douglas areas and be able to deliver exceptional customer service experiences.
Main Responsibilities:
- Deliver guided tours in the Cairns, Kuranda, and Port Douglas areas
- Provide excellent customer service and ensure memorable experiences for guests
- Demonstrate proficiency driving coaches requiring a medium rigid licence
- Work long days and remain calm under pressure
- Maintain cultural knowledge and awareness, and hold current senior first aid and CPR certification
Requirements:
- Medium rigid licence and Drivers Authorisation/Passenger Authority
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Excellent communication and customer service skills
- Cultural knowledge and awareness
