Job DescriptionAs an Occupational Therapist with us, you will play a vital role in helping individuals with disabilities achieve their goals and improve their quality of life. You will be responsible for assessing participants' functional abilities, developing personalized plans, and implementing evidence-based interventions to promote independence, health, and wellbeing. Key Responsibilities- Assess participants' developmental, cognitive, emotional, psychological, and physical function and capacity through clinical observations and standardized assessments.
- Develop and implement treatment plans tailored to each participant's needs, goals, and circumstances.
- Provide high-quality therapeutic interventions, including individual and group sessions, to enhance participants' quality of life and meet their goals.
- Mentor and support early career clinicians, promoting professional growth and development within our team.
- Stay up-to-date with current legislation and best practices in occupational therapy, ensuring compliance and delivering exceptional service.

- Current registration as an Occupational Therapist with AHPRA.
