Speech Pathologist in Educational Setting

We are seeking a highly skilled and dedicated Speech Pathologist to join our team in a school setting. This role is ideal for graduates or experienced professionals looking for a challenging and rewarding opportunity.

The successful candidate will work collaboratively with the education staff to develop and implement individualized speech therapy programs for students with mild to severe disabilities. You will have the opportunity to work with a range of communication methods, including Augmentative and Alternative Communication (AAC) and Language Acquisition through Motor Planning (LAMP).

This is a non-clinical role, with minimal one-on-one therapy sessions. However, you will draw on your clinical skills and knowledge daily and liaise with other allied health professionals as needed.

Requirements include:

  • Tertiary qualification in Speech Pathology or equivalent
  • Speech Pathology Australia registration
  • WWC Check

Estimated salary: $80,000 - $110,000 per annum based on location and experience.
