About the Role

We are seeking a skilled Field Service Technician to join our team in Silverwater, NSW, on a permanent, full-time basis.

As a Field Service Technician, you will be responsible for maintaining Onsite assets on our customer sites.

Working across our diverse product range, including access equipment, compaction, materials handling, power generation, lighting, excavation, earthmoving, pumps, and more, your role will involve:

  • Carrying out mechanical inspections, servicing, and repairs across our product range in the field (and in the workshop as required)
  • Ensuring jobs are logged in our service module and all paperwork is completed daily
  • Monitoring and recording parts usage
  • Building and maintaining strong working relationships with our customers

Desired Skills and Experience

Our ideal candidate will have:

  • A mechanical trade qualification
  • A current driver's license
  • Sound diagnostic, fault-finding, and problem-solving skills
  • Great communication skills with a strong customer service focus
  • The ability to work unsupervised in the field
  • The ability to participate in an on-call roster
