Western Victoria Primary Health Network is seeking a highly skilled Finance Support Officer to provide technical and administration support. The successful candidate will play a vital role in strengthening the primary healthcare system.

The Finance Support Officer will be responsible for processing general Accounts Receivable, assisting with invoicing, and maintaining accurate records. This includes creating and maintaining debtor information, as well as assisting with other general financial duties as directed by the Finance Lead/Accountant.

To be successful in this role, you will require experience in finance, including accounts payable and receivable. A high level of proficiency using Microsoft Office software is also essential. Additionally, you must possess excellent interpersonal and communication skills, enabling you to work effectively within a team environment.

  • Process general Accounts Receivable and maintain accurate records
  • Process general Accounts Payable, creating and maintaining debtor information
