The role involves providing expert locksmith services to ensure the security and integrity of facilities.
Key Responsibilities:- Install, repair, rebuild, and service mechanical, electrical, or computerized locking devices.
- Disassemble locks, repairing or replacing worn tumblers, springs, and other parts.
- Perform required and preventive maintenance on card swipe locks.
- Insert new or repaired tumblers into locks to change combinations.
- Cut new or duplicate keys and key cards; generate master keys for key cards.
- Move lockpick in cylinder to open door locks without keys; open safe locks by drilling.
- Prepare work schedules and payroll; process leave requests; maintain and submit records as necessary.
- High school diploma or technical certificate is required.
- Minimum three to five years of related experience and one year of experience in a similar setting or equivalent combination of education and/or experience.
- A fast-paced and often crowded environment with minimal distractions.
- Effective communication skills are essential to interact with guests.
