Luxury Front Office Representative

We are seeking a highly skilled Luxury Front Office Representative to join our team at Park Hyatt Melbourne.
About the RoleThis is an exciting opportunity to work in a dynamic and fast-paced environment, ensuring the highest standards of customer service and delivering exceptional experiences for our guests.
- Process arrivals and departures efficiently, managing check-in and check-out procedures with precision.
- Handle cash transactions, including foreign currency exchange, payments, and charges, with accuracy and attention to detail.
- Respond to guest enquiries and requests, providing personalized assistance and recommendations on local attractions and activities.
- Maintain a high level of security awareness, adhering to emergency procedures and ensuring the safety of guests, staff, and hotel property.
In collaboration with the Overnight Assistant Manager and Front Office Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing overnight operations, achieving our purpose, and exceeding guest expectations.
