Job Title

We are seeking a Quality Associate to join our team in Adelaide. As a Quality Associate, you will play a key role in ensuring the quality and safety of our products.

Your primary responsibility will be to ensure that all incidents, deviations, and complaints are reported and registered in a timely fashion. You will also conduct investigations and root cause analyses of non-conformances, supplier and customer complaints.

In addition to these responsibilities, you will prepare customer complaint responses and monthly reports. You will participate in risk assessment, change control, validation, internal audits, document reviews, CAPA, and recall activities.

You will also be responsible for conducting training for staff against quality procedures and requirements, ensuring that training records are complete. Additionally, you will provide advice and guidance to staff regarding quality processes and procedures as requested.

Maintaining and organising the site micro laboratory is another key aspect of this role. You will also coordinate cytotoxic/antibiotic residue monitoring of cleanrooms and support Environmental Monitoring activities.

This is an excellent opportunity for someone with experience in a GMP-compliant pharmaceutical manufacturing environment. Ideally, you will have experience in a sterile compounding environment and development and application of Quality Systems.

A tertiary qualification in a Science discipline, preferably microbiology or chemistry, is highly desirable. Strong project, time, and task management skills are essential for success in this role.
