Job Title: Gaming Compliance Analyst

This full-time position is available at our flagship site in Mount Pritchard, NSW. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day gaming performance and ensuring compliance of electronic gaming machines and other gaming facilities at all sites.

Your Key Responsibilities

  • Manage daily reconciliations, including analysis of all gaming-related variances.
  • Regularly monitor and prepare monthly reports on gaming product performance across the group.
  • Provide recommendations to purchase and introduce new products with an accompanying conversion plan.
  • Oversee installation plans across the group and communicate them effectively.
  • Identify suspicious behavior and risk factors associated with AML-CTF.
  • Liaise with gaming manufacturers and suppliers to ensure we have the most updated products and technology.
  • Maintain up-to-date gaming floor layouts across the group.
  • Provide advice and support for gaming-related queries.
  • Ensure relevant records are kept according to club and legislative requirements.
  • Contribute to improving the group's compliance by leveraging insights and developing strong relationships.
  • Ensure compliance with OLGR, CMS & RCG legislation across the group.
  • Manage and maintain self-exclusion obligations.

About You

To succeed in this role, you should possess:

  • Prior experience in a similar role within the industry.
  • Experience using Aristocrat System 7000 is highly desirable.
  • Demonstrate strong problem-solving abilities, analytical capabilities, and attention to detail to ensure accuracy and consistency in operations and reporting.
  • Demonstrated knowledge of NSW Liquor and Gaming & Club industry-related legislation.
  • Technological savvy – possess medium to advanced skills in Microsoft application skills in Excel, Word, PowerPoint, and Teams.
  • A positive attitude and ability to work well within a team.
  • High level of professionalism with sensitivity to confidential issues.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication.
  • Hold a current NSW Liquor and Gaming RSA and RCG competency card.
