About the Job

You will lead Zeno Group Australia's digital strategy efforts, crafting campaigns and content to meet client objectives. As an expert in digital consulting, planning, and execution, you'll stay at the forefront of utilizing digital channels to achieve business goals. To succeed, you must be well-versed in the latest digital trends, social media creators, and channels, with a strategic mind to structure and plan campaigns for maximum effectiveness.

  • Champion Zeno Group Australia's digital marketing expertise, driving quality, innovation, and excellence in this area.
  • Develop and execute social media strategies to increase brand awareness, engagement, and conversion rates.
  • Create compelling content optimized for various platforms, including Instagram, LinkedIn, Facebook, X, TikTok, and more.
  • Identify and engage with influencers and brand advocates to amplify our message and reach new audiences.
  • Analyse digital metrics and insights to optimize performance, track KPIs, and report on campaign effectiveness.
  • Maintain client relationships, keeping them informed about the latest developments and emerging technologies.
  • Collaborate with Data & Analytics, Digital, Creative, and Integrated Communications teams to develop data-driven strategies.
  • Brief creative teams on client needs and develop creative briefs guiding ideation.
  • Implement opportunities to leverage content for search marketing and SEO, communicating benefits to clients.
Your Skills and Qualifications

  • 8+ years of experience in strategic communications, focusing on digital, social, and influencer marketing.
  • Experience leading a team, managing projects, and prioritizing tasks.
  • Strong analytical, problem-solving, and creative skills.
  • Proficiency in social media management, trends, and innovations.
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
  • Data analysis and application skills.
  • Brand management expertise.
  • An energetic and ambitious personality, eager to grow and develop a team.
