We are a dynamic and passionate company seeking an experienced Site Supervisor who has demonstrated delivery of commercial fit outs with a focus on quality builds.
The successful candidate will be joining a close-knit and diverse team that is incredibly passionate about what they do. The role will involve supervising builds across various locations.
Key Responsibilities:
- Liaise with and coordinate all trades and suppliers to ensure timely and quality delivery.
- Liaise with clients and keep them informed about the progress of their fitout.
- Ensure all project milestones are reached as per the scheduled time frames.
- Undertake quality control processes throughout the construction process and address any defects.
- Solve construction issues with trades and suppliers in an efficient manner.
- Conduct WHS inspections and ensure construction sites are in a clean and safe condition.
The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 3 years of experience in a similar role. Excellent communication skills and the ability to work autonomously while being part of a team are essential. The successful person will have a can-do attitude, be computer literate, and be client-focused with open lines of communication and a problem-solving approach.
