The Heart of the Role:

  • Lead and develop a high-performing practice team in a positive environment for both staff and patients
  • Contribute to the overall financial performance of the practice
  • Maintain high standards of sterilisation, infection control, and stock management
  • Manage patient interactions, including greeting, welcoming, and responding to phone enquiries
  • Process payments using EFTPOS and HiCaps, and manage customer accounts
  • Proactively market the practice to drive patient numbers
  • Effectively manage recruitment and selection for all practice staff

What You'll Bring:

  • Prior business and people management experience essential
  • Strong organisational skills, administrative abilities, and time management expertise
  • Exceptional communication, interpersonal, and customer service skills, along with strong business acumen
  • Able to understand and manage income generation and cost control
  • Comfortable handling difficult conversations and resolving issues promptly
  • Able to interact effectively with diverse individuals, including dentists, patients, and practice team members
  • Experienced in comprehending and managing practice profit and loss statements
