  • Engage with clients, identify opportunities, and contribute to proposals and tenders to support business development initiatives.
  • Prepare and execute sales plans in line with the overall strategy to ensure a targeted approach that drives consistent business growth and maximizes profitability.
  • Manage and coordinate sales activities, including supervision of contracts, direct sales, customer relations, and related financial performance.
  • Complete technical tenders, manage end-to-end bid processes, maintain Salesforce CRM, and pipeline data.

Requirements

  • Tertiary qualification in Engineering or a related field is desirable.
  • Extensive experience in Building & Infrastructure or related Industrial sectors is essential.
  • Strong computer literacy, as required to complete technical tenders efficiently.
  • Strong understanding of sales management practices.
  • High proficiency in written and verbal English communication.
  • Extensive knowledge of the relevant industry, including its trends, competitors, and regulatory frameworks.
  • Full unrestricted driver's license.
