Job Overview:

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Review and Response Officer to join our team on a short-term temporary basis.

The successful candidate will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service, resolving escalated complaints, and collaborating with various stakeholders to gather evidence and information necessary for decision-making.

  • Responding to first-level complaints and concerns from the general public in a timely and professional manner
  • Liaising with clients to gather relevant information and evidence

Applicants should possess excellent interpersonal skills, self-management skills, communication skills, and problem-solving abilities. The ideal candidate will have a Certificate IV in Social Housing or equivalent qualification and proficiency in Microsoft Office programs.
