Key Responsibilities- Develop and maintain a detailed knowledge of software process improvement. Adhere to relevant governance controls, methodologies, frameworks, and processes.
- Design, code, test, and document software solutions from supplied specifications using agreed standards and tools.

Candidate Requirements- Demonstrated experience and knowledge in Salesforce configuration, development, integrations, and system documentation.
- Technical skills in Salesforce Experience Cloud, Apex, CSS, JavaScript, NodeJs, Git, and Github Workflows. Willingness to learn new development languages and technologies.
- Superior interpersonal, consultative, negotiation, and communications skills to clearly express and support business improvements.
- Self-motivated with excellent problem-solving, crisis management, analytical, and prioritisation skills.
