  • You will collaborate with multiple stakeholders to understand their dashboard requirements and integrate their ideas into the final product.
  • Your key responsibilities include developing and continuously improving HR Tableau dashboards to meet the needs of key stakeholders.
  • You will ensure efficient, sustainable, and best-practice design to build data platforms that facilitate efficient analysis and reduce reliance on manual data maintenance/refresh actions.

About You
To be successful in this role, you will need extensive Tableau experience and a solid foundational knowledge of data analytics. You should have a strong understanding of best practices for dashboard design and proven experience working with data and connecting it to live workflows.

  • A demonstrated track record of capturing requirements and transforming stakeholder requests into live, functional dashboards is essential.
  • You will also be required to effectively communicate and cross-train the existing team on changes to upskill their Tableau capabilities.
  • A Defence security clearance or eligibility to obtain NV1 is mandatory.
