SkyCity is seeking an experienced Data Analyst to join its People & Culture team. This role plays a critical part in leveraging data to drive strategic decision making within the function.
The ideal candidate will be skilled in workforce data and possess prior experience in a similar role. They will have strong analytical and critical thinking skills, as well as excellent collaboration and communication skills.
This position reports to the People Operations Manager and works closely with HR, leadership, and cross-functional teams to ensure data integrity and develop dashboards and reports that inform talent management, workforce planning, diversity, and inclusion metrics.
