AI Product Manager
We are seeking a strategic and operationally-focused AI product manager to join our editorial team.

About the Role:
  • Leverage your expertise in AI strategy and execution to drive innovation and growth within our newsroom.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver high-impact products that enhance our editorial capabilities.
  • Develop and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, including developers, QA engineers, and editorial staff.
  • Analyse user feedback and performance data to inform product decisions and drive continuous improvement.
Key Responsibilities:
  • Lead the development and deployment of AI-powered tools to improve editorial efficiency and effectiveness.
  • Work closely with Prompt Engineers and QA teams to refine datasets and ensure optimal model performance.
  • Act as a liaison between technical teams and non-technical stakeholders, communicating complex technical concepts in a clear and concise manner.
  • Drive the adoption of best practices in AI/ML technology, ensuring our solutions remain up-to-date and industry-leading.
Requirements:
  • A deep understanding of AI/ML concepts, including Large Language Models (LLMs) and their applications.
  • Strong analytical skills, with experience in using data to inform product decisions.
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively across multiple teams.
  • A passion for staying current with emerging trends and technologies in AI and related fields.
  • Tech-savvy with experience working in agile environments.
