Job Overview
The Health Information Administration Officer plays a pivotal role in the Health Information team, responsible for delivering training and support to Communicare users in managing health information records, while also handling regular administrative tasks.
Key Responsibilities
- Providing comprehensive training and technical assistance to Communicare users
- Maintaining accurate and up-to-date health information records
- Performing routine administrative duties
Essential Skills and Qualifications
- Certificate IV in Administration/Business or equivalent experience
- Proven expertise in using Communicare or other Patient Information Systems
- Ability to deliver training, mentorship, and support to colleagues
- Strong administrative, organisational, and written communication skills
