Job Description
  • Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide safe and effective care in an ambulatory setting.
  • Work across multiple settings, including medical centres and cancer treatment units.
  • Participate in ongoing professional development and training with a focus on cancer care.
  • Duties:
  • Conduct comprehensive nursing assessments of patients.
  • Ensure timely and accurate documentation of patient care and progress.
  • Develop and implement individualized care plans with the patient and multidisciplinary team.
  • Identify and implement discharge planning requirements.
  • Prioritize and implement planned care to achieve expected outcomes.
  • Evaluate patient progress and revise nursing interventions as needed.
  • Requirements:
  • Registration as a registered nurse with the relevant authority.
  • Minimum 12 months recent experience in cancer nursing or acute care setting.
  • Graduate certificate in cancer nursing or willingness to pursue further education.
  • Ability to work effectively in a team and manage high-pressure situations.
  • Proficient computer skills and excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
