Job Title: Senior Healthcare Professional

We are seeking an experienced and skilled Senior Healthcare Professional to join our team. As a key member of our healthcare staff, you will play a vital role in delivering high-quality patient care and ensuring the best possible outcomes for our patients.


About the Role:

  • You will be responsible for conducting comprehensive nursing assessments of patients, identifying their individual needs, and developing personalized care plans.
  • Continuously monitoring patients' conditions, providing timely interventions, and collaborating with medical professionals to ensure optimal care.
  • You will work closely with multidisciplinary teams to prioritize and implement planned care, achieving expected outcomes and improving patient satisfaction.
  • Identifying and implementing discharge-planning requirements, ensuring seamless transitions and minimizing hospital readmissions.

Requirements:

  • A recent demonstrated experience in a perioperative role or similar setting.
  • Relevant post-registration qualification (or equivalent experience) is highly desirable.
  • Demonstrated initiative and commitment to continually improving patient care through effective communication, interpersonal, and organisational skills.
  • Authorised to practice as a Registered Nurse by the Australian Health Practitioner Regulation Agency (AHPRA).
  • Possess strong problem-solving abilities, adaptability, and resilience to thrive in periods of high demand.
