Job Title: Tax and Financial AnalystJob Description:

We are seeking a highly skilled Tax and Financial Analyst to join our team. As a key member of our organization, you will be responsible for providing financial analysis and tax support to entities in the ANZ Region.

The role involves assisting with the preparation of all tax compliance obligations for entities in the Australia and New Zealand Region, ensuring timely and accurate Group Tax reporting, and monitoring adherence to policies, procedures, systems, and controls for processes.

You will also be responsible for managing corporate, group, and international tax affairs, including transfer pricing/BEPS/Pillar 2 requests and information analysis, and building effective relationships with internal and external stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Assist with preparation of all tax compliance obligations for entities in the Australia and New Zealand Region
  • Ensure timely and accurate Group Tax reporting
  • Monitor and adhere to policies, procedures, systems, and controls for processes
  • Build and maintain effective relationships with internal and external stakeholders
Required Skills and Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's degree in accounting, finance, or a related field
  • Successful experience in a similar role within a corporate environment
  • Growing knowledge of organisation's taxes and tax accounting procedures related to work performed
  • Understanding of spreadsheets, data analysis, and reconciliation procedures
  • Ability to handle confidential/sensitive information
  • Establish strong business relationships within a group environment and beyond to ensure efficient delivery of outputs
  • Produce quality outcomes within an environment with competing demands and tight deadlines
  • Able to undertake some travel (domestic or international)
