As the Marketing Team Coordinator, you will play a crucial part in managing key relationships with internal and external stakeholders, coordinating diaries and documents, organizing workshops and events, and processing invoices efficiently.

  • Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide extensive diary management, with the ability to forward plan
  • Develop task list for upcoming activities and week and follow up in a timely manner
  • Co-ordinate and prepare relevant documents, correspondence and presentations
  • Coordinate and manage events such as workshops
  • Processing invoices and monitoring and updating marketing budget
  • Meeting preparation, including scheduling and agenda planning, keeping records of decisions and coordination/follow up
  • Build and manage relationships with key stakeholders within the firm, as well as external stakeholders
  • Coordinate travel and accommodation arrangements
