About this role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Store Manager to lead our Gyprock Trade Centre team in Bayswater VIC.

The successful candidate will have a strong background in leadership, safety, and customer service, with excellent communication and computer skills.

In this role, you will be responsible for ensuring adherence to site safety requirements, providing customer service and leadership to the team, and managing the distribution of products.

You will also oversee and coordinate daily store activities, maintain high standards of retail excellence, and manage a close-knit team to foster a positive culture on site.

This is a full-time position, Monday to Friday 6.00am-4pm, with opportunities for professional and personal growth within the CSR team.
