Job Summary

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Warehouse & Inventory Specialist to join our team. As a key member of our Supply Chain department, you will be responsible for managing forecast, replenishment, and inventory within the warehouse, as well as supporting strategic initiatives to drive efficiency, process improvements, and cost savings measures.

Key Responsibilities

  • Inventory Management
    • Accurately forecast Audeara headsets, Amplifon marketing materials, batteries, and consumables to ensure timely replenishment.
    • Review inventory coverage on a weekly basis and raise replenishment purchase orders.
    • Identify and mitigate slow-moving and obsolete stock risks.
    • Action inventory or rejected returns write-offs as approved by Finance.
    • Oversee monthly and biannual stocktakes to ensure alignment of physical and system inventory.
    • Liaise with suppliers and transport providers to ensure timely deliveries of stock and consumables.
  • Invoice Management
    • Ensure all central warehouse invoices are receipted and processed in a timely manner.
    • Support Finance with processing all invoices and credits by the end of the month.
    • Follow up on invoices and credits with manufacturers that are not receipted.
    • Process intercompany logistics re-charges.
  • Continuous Improvements & 1AUS Integration
    • Support the expansion of 1AUS integration Central Warehouse utilization.
    • Contribute to delivering Supply Chain targets.
  • Other Supporting Tasks
    • Support the Warehouse Manager on day-to-day operations.
    • Generate KPI and performance reports and provide recommendations for continuous improvements.
    • Liaise with freight forwarders and logistics providers.

About You

  • Tertiary qualification preferred.
  • Previous experience working with an ERP system (Oracle) and ticketing tools (ServiceNow) preferred.
  • Experience in delivering process improvement initiatives, including assessment, design, and implementation.
  • Well-organized and able to work under pressure.
  • 2-3 years of experience.
  • Patience, resilience, and tenacity to face the challenges of a fast-paced, fluid environment.
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, both written and oral.
  • Strong computer literacy skills and proficiency in Microsoft Excel and Microsoft Outlook.
